Abstract

A theoretical study on electronic governance in Libyan society. The study addresses four main axes: The impact of the imaginary or virtual society on general human life, engineering the infrastructure of the information society, and the quality of electronic content. Finally, the study anticipates the future of electronic administration in Libyan society.
