Towards an Arab management of information resources: a future vision. 1

Abstract

This research paper aims to discuss the importance of the availability of rational management of information and knowledge resources as it should be in the third millennium in order to support and assist decision-making in terms of the structure of institutional systems concerned with information, whether within the scope of a single country or at the level of the Arab world, as well as the methods that must be followed as procedural processes. Their performance is targeted by these systems to provide information services according to need and demand, in addition to practical applied practices for investing in knowledge and supporting and supporting appropriate decision-making, through presentation and analysis.
