Abstract

There is no doubt that the profession of information, libraries and working knowledge all, very important and prominent role in the age of information and knowledge society, The associations facilities of all kinds of information among the most important institutions of interest and care for adults, As it is in the most advanced countries considered spokesman workers and expressed their thoughts and aspirations, as it's crossing all government trends toward the domain.

It integrates with the role of official government institutions interested in the domain and that alone cannot accomplish all the aspirations of belonging to the profession, and thus working to activate the movement of society in this direction. Despite these important and that the complementary roles played by associations did not receive information facilities with interest and the many studies Arab intellectual production.

So this paper stems from a fundamental problem is the absence or weakness of many associations information and Arab libraries, and in this way paper aims concentration primarily on extrapolation of the importance of professional associations pillars in building communities of knowledge, and these entities community of institutional systems are integrated in order to availability of infrastructure and superstructures including capital human intellectual, some cross-sectional models to deduce and seminars and benefit from the analysis of these roles absent associations present, in order to reach a framing vision for the future of Arab and national support in the build Arab knowledge societies.
