Abstract

A study on national information policies aimed at planning to develop a national information policy and building the information society in the Libyan Jamahiriya, by addressing the importance of planning for building the information society, then presenting the experiences of some countries in planning towards establishing an information society in them, namely: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Nigeria, and Malaysia.
