A study on training users in libraries and information centers. The study deals with the definition of user training, then provides a historical overview of user training, then discusses the training programs that are given to users and their different types. The study also discusses distance training programs and their role in training users. The study presents successful experiences in the field Training users, as it presents the experience of the Qatar University Library, the experience of the Ministry of Education in Morocco, the experience of university libraries in Tunisia, and university libraries in Algeria.
