النماذج الاقتصادية لدوريات الوصول الحر العربية في مجال التربية

تتناول هذه الدراسة النماذج الاقتصادية التي تتبناها دوريات الوصول الحر العربية في مجال التربية والتي حددتها الباحثة بناء على الرسوم التي تتقاضاها الدوريات من الباحثين مقابل التحكيم أو النشر أو تقرير الانتحال أو المراجعة اللغوية أو إعادة التحكيم وغيرها من الرسوم وقد تم تقسيمها إلى 10 فئات : منها ما هو مجاني لا تتقاضى أي رسوم من المؤلفين ومنها ما تتقاضى رسوم على جميع الخدمات المقدمة من تحكيم ومراجعة لغوية وتقرير انتحال ونشر وغيرها مع اختلاف المبالغ المطلوبة حسب تبعية الباحث سواء يتبع الجامعة أو الكلية التي تنشر الدورية أو ينتمي لنفس بلد نشر الدورية أو من خارج الدولة. وقد تم اتباع المنهج المسحي الميداني للحصول على بيانات الدوريات وذلك باستخدام آداة الاستبيان المختصرة والذي اقتصر على أسئلة حرة أرسلتها الباحثة للدوريات سواء من خلال عناوين بريدهم الإلكتروني أو من خلال خدمة اتصل بنا على مواقعهم الإلكترونية. ومن التوصيات التي أوصت بها الدراسة أن يتم استكمال جميع البيانات الخاصة بالتحكيم والنشر على مواقع الدوريات وأن يتم إجراء دراسات مماثلة لهذه الدراسة في مجالات مختلفة وأن يتم تحديد صندوق لتمويل الوصول الحر يتم التعاون والتقاسم فيه بين الجامعات والمؤسسات البحثية لدعم البحث العلمي واستمراره بجودة عالية.
