Abstract

This study addresses a critical topic in library and information science: management within libraries and information centers. Specifically, it focuses on the management of multigenerational workforce relationships among university library employees. The purpose of this study is twofold: first, to examine the current methods and strategies employed in managing these relationships; and second, to explore the potential role of information technology as a supportive tool in the administrative and organizational processes related to managing multigenerational workforce relationships in the workplace.
