In the current era, the majority of the workforce has become engaged in creating, using and disseminating information, which has become the main source of economic power in modern post-industrial societies, where what is known as the knowledge economy has emerged, which in its various sectors depends on information, and the information sector is distinguished in its goods and services, and it is an economy that also has A strong relationship with the advancement of the country’s scientific and technological capabilities, given that each country has a science and technology system that reflects the role that science and technology play in the development process. The basis of all sciences is the method of its formation, its goals and objectives. Therefore, the more the training is based on scientific foundations and foundations, the more effective the component will be in economic development and its contribution to the national innovation system. During this article, we will examine the relationship between the formation of an information specialist and the knowledge economy and innovation in the economic sector.
