Ethical framework for the information society in Arab countries

The Arab reality faces a severe shortage of data and information for the Arab region, in addition to the absence of comprehensive planning, weak coordination and cooperation processes between bodies and organizations on their various activities, as well as the fragility of the information base due to the absence of national policies that produce results in the field of information technology. However, most Arab countries have taken their first steps. In the information society, it demonstrated its presence at the World Summit on the Information Society in Geneva in search of building an inclusive information society, which is the paradox that will be analyzed in this study that we conducted on 257 university professors from Mentouri University in Constantine, which represents 14% of the original community of university professors. 1832 Professor.
