Abstract

This article deals with a detailed classification of notary bodies based on the profiling approach on the one hand, and the functional approach on the other hand. The profiling approach allows for the classification of notary bodies according to certain criteria, and applying the functional approach helps in identifying the functions to which each notary body pays increased attention in comparison.
