Planning a Digital Libraries Projects: A theoretical study

Abstract

Many academic studies have had interest in the conceptual and associated terminology as well as techniques of digital libraries, whereas, few of them dealt with the practical issue.

For this reason, the scientific paper presents the planning issue of digital libraries project, which is related to the human, physical, financial aspects; and because the role of planning is crucial in determining the project features, and explain the project last outputs.
