The term "third wave" has recently emerged, which is linked to the emergence of a new branch of economic science that has imposed itself on the world stage. It is a knowledge economy and a knowledge-based economy that is based on a deeper understanding of the role of knowledge and human capital in the development of the economy and the advancement of societies.
