Abstract

The Tour In Library (TIL) program is considered a guide for beneficiaries within libraries - especially university libraries, including, for example, the Central Library at Helwan University - as it introduces them to comprehensive information about the library in terms of (departments, services and activities, most important achievements, goals, prices of some services, The building, holdings, organizational structure, automated system used, methods of communicating with the library, human resources); In addition to informing them of the locations of the various halls in the library and the information receptacles these halls contain through a documentary film about the library. Finally, the program provides the opportunity for beneficiaries to ask questions to the library specialist if they do not find the answer to their inquiries within the program.
