Abstract

This study aims to create a checklist of criteria for evaluating reference information sources available on the Internet. The proposed list consists of four main categories: the first category: technical features, the second category: content analysis, the third category: multimedia features, and the fourth category: user interface. It is appended With this list, the user guide discusses the elements of the criteria proposed by the researcher.
