Arab portal for documentation of electronic social sciences theses & dissertations

Abstract

The Portal Project Arab documenting electronic theses platform for the delivery of research results to all of researchers and individuals or similar institutions concerned with the study , as well as a common ground for Arab cooperation and is a step that should be met to achieve greater cooperation up to the global level in order to invest the human element through technology as a basis for knowledge management , and an order that would support Arabic content and can enhance the Arab presence on the Internet and this initiative represents a way to use scientific information and knowledge through the scientific production of universities and through theses and treatises and even periodicals and some sources , and generally the focus on content for the portal are equal as far as the technical aspect with interest knowing that the initiative was launched relatively recently (November 2013 ) and remains a challenge revolves around the definition of the extent and degree of portal usage by the target audience of this initiative .
