Abstract

Within the framework of the United Nations’ agenda 2030, which includes 17 goals for sustainable development for a better world. A plan has been developed for the participation of all countries in the various institutions in their implementation. On the other hand, our Arab countries face many problems and challenges, which created the problem of not strengthening the role of libraries as a contributor to the implementation of sustainable development goals. The main objective of the study is to maximize the role of Arab libraries in achieving sustainable development goals.
In the light of the objectives of the study, the field survey methodology was used according to the nature of the study subject, with the selection of the checklist and the interview as tools for collecting the necessary data from the field. The study concluded with a set of conclusion & recommendations.
