تمكين الابتكار الأخلاقي: تصميم ورشة عمل للحوسبة المسؤولة للاقتصادات الناشئة

يقدم هذا البحث دراسة حول تصميم وتنفيذ ورشة عمل تدريبية تهدف إلى تعزيز الحوسبة المسؤولة والابتكار الأخلاقي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي داخل الاقتصادات الناشئة، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على جنوب أفريقيا. استخدم الباحثون منهجية التتبع الذاتي التعاوني ومراجعة الأدبيات لتحديد الفجوات المعرفية والمهارية المتعلقة بـ الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي وأخلاقيات المعلومات لدى الأكاديميين وطلاب الدراسات العليا. واستند تصميم التدريب إلى إطار منطقة النمو الوشيك (ZPD) لسد الفجوة بين المعارف الحالية للمشاركين والمهارات اللازمة للاستخدام الأخلاقي للأدوات التقنية. وتكشف النتائج عن وجود انقسام في الجاهزية بين المدرسين والطلاب، مما يستدعي تدخلات تعليمية مستمرة لترسيخ ممارسات النزاهة الأكاديمية والحد من التبعية الرقمية. كما تؤكد المصادر على ضرورة وجود تعاون أفريقي لضمان شمولية التقنيات العالمية وتجنب الاستعمار الرقمي من خلال تطوير سياسات محلية تدعم العدالة الاجتماعية. وتبرز الدراسة في الختام أهمية الانتقال من دور المستهلك السلبي للتقنية إلى دور المبتكر المسؤول القادر على تقييم مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي بمنظور نقدي وأخلاقي.
