Abstract

Free access to access scientific and electronic scientific information of the latest trends around the world today, represents the university professors courses to adopt this approach in order to overcome the traditional obstacles that take a lot of time to allow information that could lead to obsolescence, and I this study was to reveal the trends of university professors at the University of Constantine free access to scientific and technical information in open archives , through 10 questions consisting of a questionnaire, the result was not a sample survey of the importance of free and open access to scientific and technical information as a result of awareness of their situation, but social and psychological barriers or the impact of scientific specialization ... and other obstacles.
