Authentic email from Archival Approach: An analytical study

Electronic Mail is an important communication tool in government business administration. Government agencies are increasingly using e-mail systems to publish and distribute notes and drafts, to transmit guidance, to send official documents and external correspondence, and to support all government operations. Good e-mail regulation will greatly facilitate of government work and eliminates repetitive routine tasks, while the use of traditional mail will inevitably affect the flow of work and documenting government processes, as a result of traditional mail costs of time and effort, the use of automated systems and expansion
The problem of research is the ability to rely on electronic documents, including e-mail as a way to prove legal actions, and the extent to keep abreast of the Arab legal legislation to counter the use of electronic editors in making transactions through the Internet and the extent of authenticity of e-mail if it is considered an official document, Or from a supervisory point of view.
