Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of training courses at the University of Minya on the development of research skills in databases for faculty members, and to measure the extent to which faculty members use and benefit from training courses, to monitor the impact of courses at the university on the scientific productivity of faculty members, and to monitor statistically significant differences. Among the faculty members to benefit from the training courses due to the variables (gender, college, published research, scientific degree), and finally a proposed vision for developing the content of the training courses, the sample of the study, to keep pace with technological and research developments.
