Abstract

This study aims to know the reality of the use of the Internet in managing technical operations in the libraries of public Jordanian universities by their employees. In the methodology of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, the sample survey method. The researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (27) items divided into three questions: The researcher used descriptive statistics (percentages and frequency) to answer the first, second and third questions. As for the fourth question, one-way analysis of variance was used, and the second part of the study includes the findings.
