Abstract

This study aims at showing and reforming the role of libraries and information centers in men rooting and spreading out the religious and political doctrines as customs the tradition in side communities , and its role in facilitating dealing with recent changes of economy governed by its complicated tools and its social ,political , educational and ideological changes ( so ,and ) for achieving this purpose , the researchers put forward two issues for discussion :

First ,the effect of libraries and information centers on distributing the religious , political , ethical, and economical awareness.

Second , studying the effect of ways of promoting for information resources on the spreading of religious , political ,social , ethical,and economical and its role in forming the users wishes .

The researchers concubine that libraries of informationcenters how an effective role in influencing the religious , political , ethical , andeconomical awareness , and , also the ways of promoting have a great role in religious , political , ethical ,and economical awareness rebirth in forming the users wishes and attitudes if used more effectively "abstract".
