The knowledge enabling at the university library: Towards an effective management of competencies in the knowledge society

Abstract

This study aims to deepening the comprehension of the reality of knowledge and its management which necessitates a knowledge about management that takes the individual and the tacit knowledge he possesses as two faces for the valuable currency of superiority taking  university libraries in Batna a model for our study that can be considered as necessary steps to rely on, A great consideration is given to knowledge till has become an important aspect of its practices that is to say Knowledge Management, The maturity of the knowledge working grows when the individual can do what he knows through Enabling knowledge.
