Job satisfaction among workers in the libraries of the University of Guelma – Algeria

The aim of this study is to measure satisfaction level of Guelma university librarians in relation to job factors (salary, advancement, bebefits) and organizational factors (leadership, communcation, colleague of job) and nature of job.
This study also aims to investigate the relation between job satisfaction and some demographic variables. The sample of this study consist of all employees staff in Guelma university libraries (60 employees).
The study used JSS method to measure job satisfaction level by using the questionnaire as research instrument.
The results indicated that ; both of job factors and organizational factors have impact- ralation with satisfaction level, also there’nt significant differences in job satisfaction regarding to demographic variables.
