Management of Computerized Records and Electronic : Archives between Legislation, Requirements and Facilities

This paper is introduced by identifying terminologies and briefed comparison between primary and secondary information sources on traditional or original formats and automatized re-formalizing, followed by outlines prerequisite feasibility studies to establish an ideal administration of electronic archival collections and management of machine readable records which stands as a challenge in the existing continuity of technological inventions and paperless managerial environments, as well as their retrieval facilities. Moreover, this paper referring to examples of concerned international legislations including those applied of the Arab World, legal consultations, and requisition of official administrative transactions which stipulating only original documents, the paper argues legality, allegation and authority of those electronic, computerized, photo or micro formed sources as references for lawsuit or research purposes.
