Abstract

In this article, we wanted to stand on the risks derived from software piracy in our country, Algeria, given the exorbitant cost required for the completion of a program?

Where it is reasonable to invest a person or an institution or a country in the completion of a high-level programs and then comes from persons and sold at ridiculous prices that can not cover the most basic element of their actual production.
What prompted me to write this article is the occupation of Algeria to rank very advanced in the Arab world and piracy, which will generate a negative impact on many sectors and areas, particularly the information technology sector in Algeria.
On the other hand there are many areas and sectors that can benefit from the software sector in Algeria, in order to achieve two major objectives in the end:
First: to reduce the piracy rate to its lowest level.
The second advantage of the software industry to achieve additional revenues for the national economy.
