Abstract

This research work aims to raise awareness about the status and importance of Electronic-scientific communication practices, and its effectiveness concerning the needs of researchers and teachers at Constantine University 3. Since Scientific Communication studies represent one of the important aspects of human knowledge sectors, the types and forms of access to information become various, especially in light of the electronic environment. Hence, researchers and teachers were obliged to stand on the threshold of the serious challenges which formed virtual communities having no existence in references. This reality imposes extreme necessity to establish authentic strategies that desire the investment in scientific research. Depending on this belief, this research aimed to show the reality of communication practices of teachers and researchers at Constantine University 3, in an attempt, to cover various aspects of their electronic scientific communication. In this study, we relied on the empirical side which is based on the perspectives of a sample of teachers and researchers regarding the reality of electronic scientific communication at Constantine University 3, in order to collect objective data, and analyze the results to find out concrete facts.
