Documents of government services on the Egyptian e-government portal: An exploratory study

Abstract

The spread of communication and information technology has prompted governments to think about transforming their transactions technically into what is called e-government. This study attempts to reveal one of the most important tools for the application of e-government in Egypt, namely the documents and forms used in providing services through the Egyptian government portal, which will undoubtedly help to overcome many of the issues that may hinder the application, and then provide the best e-services to the beneficiaries.
