Abstract

The success of any institution in relation to the management of its documents depends on the extent of its commitment to apply the principles and international standards accepted in all aspects of its business, and on all administrative and technical systems, wherever the administrative plans, and technical and organizational perceptions are based on internationally accepted principles and standards; supported by the success of And the continuity of the work of institutions with their systems, and helped their development, and keeping pace with technological progress and its variables. With the increase in the sizes of documents and documents produced daily on a personal or institutional level, the internationally accepted principles of archival organization are the close pillar used in organizing these documents and documents no matter how large their sizes are, and the levels of which arise, including the levels of archival description, stem from the basic principles of document management and building systems Technical information specialized in managing and organizing documents.
