"Ibsar" Software: version 4.0

A presentation of one of the Arabic computer programs called “Absar,” which helps the blind in using the computer, as it pronounces commands, screen contents, and applications that the user describes. This presentation deals with a general introduction to the program, the requirements for its operation, its components, and the commands it includes, and finally, it reviews the functions that it performs. The program comes with Windows and MS Word.
