In this presentation, we discuss one of the important foreign books, which deals with the subject of information technology in the Middle East and North Africa region, in terms of economic aspects in terms of countries’ investments in the field of information technology, as well as social aspects, and also in terms of political aspects, which is what the book focuses on. The book comes out with a very important conclusion, which is that there are no signs and indicators of an information revolution occurring in most countries of the Middle East and North Africa.
