Abstract

The study deals with training in library and information science at Mentouri University in Algeria. It begins with an introduction to training in general, then discusses training in library and information science at Constantine University in Algeria, then presents a model of the reality of Mentouri University libraries, and the study concludes by addressing the factors for the advancement of Mentouri University libraries.
