Abstract

The second and final part of a study on electronic periodicals and their use in university libraries and their impact on paper periodicals. The second part deals with: Methods of publishing in electronic periodicals, types of electronic periodicals and methods of subscribing to them. Then the study presents the experience of the Library of Mentouri University in Algeria in acquiring electronic periodicals. Finally, the study presents some challenges facing the future of electronic periodicals.
