This research describes and analyzes the attitudes of employees of the General Organization for Social Insurance in the city of Jeddah towards implementing the electronic transactions system by identifying employee attitudes in the following areas: administrative aspects, information security and technology, processing and disseminating information, and the level of job performance in the institution. The research used the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire tool to collect data and information. The research sample included 83 employees out of 235 who were selected using a stratified random sampling method with a fixed percentage of 35%. The research also used percentages, arithmetic averages, and standard deviation to determine the extent of benefit from the electronic transactions program known as the SIMS system. The researcher reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that the General Organization for Social Insurance, with its branch in the city of Jeddah, began in 1426 AH to provide its services to subscribers through the Social Insurance Information Management System SIMIS, and that the arithmetic averages for the expressions in the field of administrative aspects ranged between 4.12 - 3.45. There is an increase in demand for technical products with an arithmetic average of 4.18 in light of the application of electronic transactions, and the arithmetic averages for phrases in the field of processing and broadcasting information ranged between 4.37 - 3.84. The information provided by the electronic transactions system to employees was correct and error-free, with an arithmetic average of 4.11. The research recommended the necessity of diversifying the use of modern technologies in administrative information systems, working to raise the level of security and confidentiality of data and information that are exchanged between departments and employees, and rehabilitating employees through internal and external scholarships to obtain higher educational qualifications.
