The study aims to know the extent to which search engines take into account the privacy of users, as well as to provide suggestions through which they can help protect the privacy of users while they search on the Internet. One of the most important findings I reached is that search engines collect a huge amount of information about users, and that it is very easy for them to determine the identity of a specific user, if he is registered with them, or has purchased something while he is on their site. There are many risks that may occur as a result of collecting this information. The engines may share the information it collects from or about users with other parties, without the user's consent. Most engines do not allow the user to delete his search data from their servers. These results can be summarized as follows: The majority of search engines do not maintain the privacy of the user’s search; It does not give him the opportunity to determine what information will be collected from or about him, and it discloses this information to other parties without his consent.
