The ethics of knowledge and its relationship to brain drain in the Arab world

The research sheds light on the ethics of knowledge, which is an important and fundamental topic that has grown with the rapid acceleration of the transfer of information through modern technological means. The topic occupies a great deal of importance due to the increasing effectiveness of the role of knowledge in all its methods and forms and its contribution to the development of areas of life, especially with the existence of accessibility policies in the electronic world. Which has made a qualitative shift in all areas of life, yet the world is witnessing many forms and methods of violations in all areas of knowledge, including scientific, technological, economic, social, environmental and media, which has affected the minds and competencies, especially those in third world countries. The developed countries have robbed brains and people of expertise. From their country and attracting them to work for it, but the Third World countries must make a comprehensive and strategic qualitative shift and adopt reform policies that include all their economic, technological and educational fields to protect their knowledge assets and catch up with progress and development.
