Abstract

This study sought to use strategic planning as a tool to determine the mission, vision and objectives of An-Najah National University Libraries and the goals and responsibilities assigned to it within a specific period of time to achieve them. This is done by reading the reality of An-Najah National University’s libraries, and properly planning the work of these libraries through work

To provide a future vision for developing the work of these libraries and their services within a specific period of time in accordance with the library’s stated mission and goals in an era in which these libraries have witnessed tremendous developments and changes in their management and methods of work, with the aim of strengthening their role as an essential partner in the field of scientific research and education and supporting the curriculum to meet future expectations and new developments. In the modern library resulting from major developments in means of communication and information technology and changing information vessels.
