Abstract

The Study Sought to Determine the Evaluation Criteria of the Airlines Websites & to Evaluate the Websites of Arabian Airlines According with those Criteria by Examining 8 Websites of Arabian Airlines, Focus on the Website of Kuwait Airways, and Compared with the Websites of international Airlines.

The Study has Reached that, the Possibility of Evaluate Airline Websites Using 100 Criteria Divided into 10 Areas: About Us, Responsibility Website Design, Access & Navigation, Content, Booking Services & Online Check In, Facilities & Additional Services, Onboard Services, Policies of Promotion & Marketing, Security & Confidentiality of Information.

There are a Significant Differences, with Confidence Degree 99%, Among Design & Content of the Websites of Arabian Airlines, and the Websites of International Airlines. Also, There are a Significant Differences Among the Websites of Arabian Airlines with Regard to Onboard Services, Facilities & Additional Services, and Policies of Promotion & Marketing.
