Abstract

This study presents a historical and theoretical image of the most important new terms generated by the conceptions and philosophies of information technology project that tends to make humanity inserted in a unique governing organization where the cooperative areas of interest are unified. The latter possess a world guiding board with a great quantity of data, information and knowledge about the individuals’ characteristics and the societies’ constituents exploiting all that has been achieved by the different and various sciences without any distinction, such as social and human sciences, communication, informatics, internet, politics and economics. Some of these key terms are as follows: cybernetics, documentary informatics, electronic publishing, information technology, science, techniques…etc. We intend to insist on the strength and value of the networking relations between these terms and what they express about their phenomena in reality in order to facilitate the process of building the structure and architecture of the electronic society via an efficient orientation in handling people’s interests, protecting the personal dimension of cultures and differences and providing spaces for communication, understanding and integration when possible.
