Diplomatic Study for Census Registers of Beni Swef Department (1263 – 1297A.H. / 1847 – 1880A.D.)

The article begins by introducing the “Transmission” which registers was moved out , Followed by studying the “Extrinsic elements” of documentary form, included binding, paper, inks, numbering and signs , page layout and how to analyses hand writing and it’s important in judgment on the authenticity of the document , then study the “intrinsic elements” of documentary form, included method and Language of writing , diplomatic parts , at last study the “genesis” of registers which tell us the way of writing registers and the steps of Documentation , In the end, a summary of the study results.
