At a time in which abounded techniques and means documentary that have proved effective in the treatment of terminology, concepts and even developed in many domains such as informatics, education, psychology, management, marketing and many other sciences. At the same time, the concepts phenomenon in the field of library and information represented the essence of the documentary Content.
