This paper aims at studying The Virtual International Authority File (VIAF) in terms of its origins, objectives and projects which facilitate the Authority Control all over the world, will also view the International Standard Name Identifier (ISNI), one of the standard for identification, which works as a global public identities and bodies involved, and these bodies can be ordinary people, or legal entities. And will clarify the link between this standard and The Virtual International Authority File and the statement of what we can contribute in facilitating the process of Authority Control; and clarify its relation and its role in implementation of the standard model BIBFRAME.
