This study aims to shed light on the manuscripts being possessed of great scientific value ،and is a
source of information. With the rapid development of information technology took the manuscript
his share of the latter of which is becoming crowded with many of the sites that are interested
manuscripts ،and is considered the establishment of its own sites better valuation and give full value
to him ،after treatment until the access to be made available to the public beneficiaries either by
saving centers ،or Using the World Wide Web free of charge as a Juma Al Majid Center for Culture
and Heritage in Dubai ،which is alive and leading Arab experience in the field of preservation and
availability of the manuscript and the body of the principle of valuation ،and to identify the tools ،
and methods of making available ،through a descriptive study of the center.
