Arab standardization associations’ websites : an evaluative study

The study sought to evaluate the sites of Arab standardization bodies on the Internet which counted nineteen national standardization bodies, in addition to the two regional bodies, through the application of a set of standards that has been divided two groups, the first group which is the basic data for the sites and the method(s) of its regulation and organization, and the second group of basic information about the standard specifications the search for them inside the site. A Penta measure was used to check the availability of those elements. The study relied on a survey approach for the Arab standardization bodies’ websites. Moreover, the study used the assessment approach when evaluating Arab standardization bodies’ websites.
