Abstract

This study describe and analyses the digital information culture in the fields of humanities and social sciences among researchers at research libraries in Egypt, using the impact assessment method; which is based on measuring the impact of doing something or a particular action or a particular training method at some people, it does not measure the actions of this work itself, but the impact of it only. This study aims to define the impact assessment method, the digital information culture, and the effect of digital information culture on researchers themselves, and libraries under the study, libraries specialists in libraries under study. This study is based on a survey method, to describe the state of digital information culture among researchers, and information specialists in libraries under the study, this study will use the case study method to study the sample of non-governmental research libraries.
