Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to study a group of foreign libraries sites as models for Web based library instruction tutorials programs on the Internet in the university libraries, to determine the technical and functional requirements for the establishment of these programs , and to analyze a sample of Web based library instruction tutorials in foreign university libraries, to design of an electronic website and  to teach the research skills in the Central Library at Helwan University.
