The Fatwa as a source of information: a bibliographic study

Abstract

The study "The descriptive framework of Fatwa as a source of information", reviewed the definitions of the fatwa, the mufti and the mufti, and inquirer the Dar al-Iftaas a long-established Islamic religious institution Then the researcher moved to, the practical aspect: in this study was entitled "interpretation and discussion tools to collect data" in order to determine the classification of the substantive, formal, qualitative, religious, and spatial and age of the Fatwa and its inquirers. Then develop a proposed model for a standard to describe the fatwas written in the Dar_aliftaand thus easy to store and retrieve.
