The Research talk about the digital age and its negative and positive effects on the information society, it starts with general introduction about information society, then deals some issues related to digital age; like: information security, plans of information security in Gulf countries and shows the experiments of Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, positives of digital age, privacy in digital age, human rights for information, and the study ended by picturing a plan to develop the digital environment in Arab world.
